Europa Underwriting Ltd welcomes new agency applications, from full-time UK based insurance intermediaries. We do not insist on minimum levels of support to maintain your agency and would be happy to hear from you if you do not have any current facility with us. If you are interested in a new agency facility then please complete the agency form, and either email it to stuart.hornigold@europa-group.co.uk or post it to Europa Underwriting Ltd, Europa House, Midland Way, Thornbury, Bristol, BS35 2JX. Important: You must hold the necessary regulatory authorisations, permissions and licences to be considered for an agency. We reserve the right not to extend agency facilities for all our classes of business if an agency is granted. We have the right to decline or cancel agency facilities without giving our reasons. Following your enquiry we may make a search with a Credit Reference Agency who will keep a record of that search and may share that information with their businesses. We may also make enquiries about Directors, Principals and/or Approved Persons with the Credit Reference Agency. If you are granted an agency, such searches and enquiries may be repeated from time to time. We monitor and record information relating to your trade credit performance.
